The Mission of the Kibuli S. S. Old Students' Association (KOSA) is: We strive to Build, Maintain and Strengthen lifelong intellectual, professional, and personal connections among Kibuli SS Alumni, to strengthen the link between the alumni and their alma mater and to serve the community.
Our Alumni Association works to transition current students into engaged alumni and help alumni to build deeper connections to the school and benefit from the skills and experience of one another.

Togetherness
To bring together all former students of Kibuli Secondary School, in an association for social intercourse and development of the School. This can be achieved through increasing the number of active alumni, renew old friendships, and create new ones.
Giving Back
To render material, financial, spiritual and other assistance to the school.
Developing Kibuli
To rehabilitate the School to the very highest standards and to continuously develop and maintain it, for the benefit of students and staff, for the time being and for the benefit of the issues of the members of the association.
Promoting Kibuli Culture
To promote the academic, sporting, economic, social, and cultural legacy of the school in its effort to educate the people of Uganda.
Representation
To be represented on the Board of Governors and Parents Teachers Association of the School.
Building Solidarity
To revive the spirit of togetherness which once bound the members at the School.
Mentorships
To instill a sense of pride, self-discipline, self-help and cooperation, wherever and whatever the present circumstances of former students.
Scholarship Fund
To create a scholarship fund to help deserving and needy students.

Shared by all our members worldwide regardless of role or time they left Kibuli Secondary School, our values have both guided and united us since our start. They are the foundation of our culture, integrated into our way of working – from our solidarity spirit and long-term perspective to our constant drive to keep all old students at the heart of everything we do.
